Looking for nice Pacer or Clipper-150/160

I am looking for a super nice Pacer or Clipper to purchase for my last airplane. 76 year old cash buyer and not a broker. Prefer 160 HP since typical DA at airport is 10,000 feet. Basic panel is fine. ADS B is not a requirement.

Please call if you have such an aircraft for sale or have a friend with an aircraft for sale. Western US preferred, but not a requirement.
