The engine (serial number on the nose of my RV4 since 1986 is for sale. She flies regularly (check out N95JF on Flight Aware for performance) Majored in 1991 and 1090 hours since. Have all yellow tags/inspection reports from Divco (case) Romans (steel parts) J&K Aerochrome (Nuchrome barrels and new upper end parts including 1/2 inch valves). Std. hollow crank; New con rods. New thick wall pins. New AC fuel pump. Marvel carb rebuilt by Precision Airmotive 10/22/13; Bendix mags rebuilt about 480 hours ago (I think Kelly Aero, but have to check). Hangared continuously since 1986 in Santa Rosa, California. Only Aeroshell 15w-50. Have logs. Have parts list/receipts/yellow tags from major. No damage history. This is a 150 hp narrow deck/conical mount engine from an Apache with 8.5 (160 hp) pistons. Has rear drive for prop governor/vacuum pump. Has spin on oil filter. The filter has been clean as a whistle. Zero sign of metal.
